Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bar

This yummy sugar free treat is perfect for a mid morning snack. Have it with your tea or coffee instead of a cookie



1 ripe banana mashed up

1/2 cup All Natural peanut butter

4 scoops chocolate portein powder

1/8 tsp salt

1 cup whole wheat flour

3/4 cups whole oats

1 tsp baking powder

 

In a mixing bowl, combine banana, peanut butter and protein powder.  Set aside.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt.  Slowly stir into banana mixture.  Stir in oats. 

Spoon mixture into a cookie sheet and spred out patting it down firmly.  Bake on 350 for 10 minutes.  

Once bar is cooled, cut into desired sizes for the protein bars.
