A light day for only one training session. 
  
 
 
	First thing in the morning upon waking: Large glass of water 
	Cardio and core training session 
	Breakfast:  
	Oatmeal (recipe in blog) 
	Cup of coffee with skim milk  
	Supplements: Vit C, Multi Vitamin, Calcium, Green tea, Flaxseed oil 
	Snack: Vanilla Protein Shake 
	Lunch:  
	Mixed greens with one can of tuna, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar 
	1/2 cup of plain brown rice 
	Supplements: Green tea, vit C, Calcium, Flaxseed oil 
	Snack: 
	Celery and peanut butter 
	Dinner:  
	Grilled chicken breast 
	Steamed broccoli  
	1/3 yam 
	Supplements: Green tea, vit C, Calcium, flaxseed oil 
	Dessert: Small square homemade dark chocolate (recipe to come).
